But in a few weeks, the Izzi Software leadership team will be headed to Anaheim for something other than a visit to Disneyland. We’re going to attend POWERUp 2025, the leading global event dedicated to the IBM Power sector. POWERUp is presented by COMMON, the world’s largest association of IT professionals that focus on IBM and related technologies. Since 1960, the organization has been serving its community of users, partners, and IBM through leadership, independent education, certification, networking and our advocacy efforts.

So why is Izzi Software going to COMMON? We are looking for the founders of amazing independent software development companies on the Power platform who are thinking about the next phase of their businesses – and their lives. Our focus is finding entrepreneurs who have built businesses with annual revenues from $2 million to $10 million who are looking to reap the success of their decades of hard work and ensure that their legacies are secure.
